After a weeklong expedition in Bolivia Dave Cohn is back at home to celebrate an incredible accomplishment; summiting Pequeno Alpamayo.
Dave has been a longtime climber of Berg Adventures and his determination to achieve his goals has always been an inspiration. On August 17th, he and BAI guide Osvaldo woke up at 3am to begin their summit attempt. It was a long day and the mountain presented them with some challenges but they were focused and ready to take on whatever came their way. At 11:30am Dave and Osvaldo stood on the summit of Pequeno Alpamayo at 17,618ft/5,370m. To listen to Dave’s summit call check out his summit day dispatch.
