Kilimanjaro Expedition Dispatch

June 22, 2013 – Patty’s Report from Karanga Camp, Elevation 13,400 feet

This is Patty and Matt calling from Karanga camp. We are doing great; Berg Adventures is taking great care of us. We have had great food and our guides Emanuel and Thomas are fantastic; it’s been out of this world. Tomorrow we ascend to base camp and then hopefully the next day we will get to the top. I’m always hesitant but I know that with Emanuel and Thomas, if it is possible, we will get there. Thank you to Berg Adventures, to my friends and family for following our site.
