January 15, 2010 – Made it from Moir Camp to Lava Tower

Hi this is Jay. It’s day four and everybody’s doing really well.

We left Moir Camp (4114m/13,500ft) this morning and hiked through the moorland and alpine desert zones up to the Lava Tower Camp, which is where we will stay tonight at 4600m/15,090ft.

For now, we’re just enjoying the view and looking forward to the summit in 3 days.
