Everest Base Camp Trek Dispatches
Deluxe Khumbu & Everest Base Camp Trek: March 29 - April 16, 2009
Our adventure continues! Join our team of climbers as they continue on from Bhutan through the Khumbu Valley all the way to Everest Base Camp. This trek through the Khumbu remains, in our opinion, to be one of the most fantastic and memorable trips. We are always greeted with friendly faces and the smiles of old friends.
As we trek through the most spectacular mountain ranges we will immerse ourselves in history, art and religion of one of the most fascinating cultures in the world. This is truly a pilgrimage that any lover of the mountain world will consider the opportunity of a lifetime.
Along our trek we will send daily dispatches of our adventure showing the viewer some of the highlights of our trek; beginning from our home base in Kathmandu, from the summit of Kala Pattar at 18,300 feet and then finally from the mecca of the climbing world, Everest Base Camp.
