The brand new Cormorant incorporates the very best of Galapagos Catamaran design. The modern and ample accommodation includes Jacuzzi, huge sun deck and a private balcony for each of the spacious staterooms. Kayaks are also available for use.

Cabins
The new Cormorant can accommodate 16 passengers. All rooms on the main and upper deck have private balconies. There are 2 suites (441ft² / 41m²) and 2 double staterooms (301 ft² / 28 m²) in the main deck. The upper deck hosts 4 Connected Cabins (301 ft² / 28 m²) and the lower deck 1 Single Cabin (150 ft² / 14 m²). Interconnected cabins are also available; please contact us for more information!
Fine On-Board Dining
There is never a shortage of great food on board! Designed to make the most of your cusin, the Cormorant is the ideal ship for a Berg Adventures standard feast. Each passenger will be treated to a complimentary fruit basket.
Water
Water on board is perfectly safe to drink. We use reverse osmosis to produce fresh water but to be 100% safe we recommend that our guests only drink the bottled water which is complimentary.
Bar
Water, juices, and sodas are complimentary, including a champagne reception. There is a fully stocked bar on board offering a range of fine wines, cocktails, spirits and other alcoholic beverages. There are crew members to serve you your drinks but feel free to serve yourself if you wish.
Your Crew
The crew consists of the Captain, a Quality Control Manager, First Mate, Second Mate, Chef, Sous Chef, Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Barman, Housekeeper, and a bilingual Galapagos National Park Naturalist Guide all of which are ready and happy to make your trip the most enjoyable experience ever. Each of the crew members have several years of experience, as well as are fully qualified in first aid and survival procedures.
Certified Naturalists
You will have one Naturalist level III guide on the Cormorant who has received extensive training and certification by the Galapagos National Park. With years of experience and a personal passion for the wildlife, biology, geology, and natural history of the Galapagos, he/she will enrich our explorations both while we are on the ship and as we go ashore. Every guide is committed to the conservation of the Islands and will help us observe the park’s guidelines while explaining the importance of protecting the pristine environment of the Galapagos Archipelago.
