Kilimanjaro Expedition Dispatch
27 de Dezembro, 2014 – Chegamos ao topo! (Reached the Summit!)
Oi, aqui é o Alexandre e o Gabriel, hoje foi dia de ataque ao cume, a gente começou do basecamp e conseguiu atingir o Stella Point depois de quatro horas duras de escalada e a gente almoçou no Stella Point a 5700 mts e depois de mais ou menos uma hora a gente atingiu o summit a 5800 mts de altitude, foi muito emocionante, foi realmente um momento inesquecível pra nó's dois, foi um dos momentos mais marcantes pra nós, foi inesquecível, foi energizante, realmente falta palavras e depois do summit a gente comemorou muito, a gente desçeu ate o crater camp onde a gente descansou um pouquinho, logo depois a gente foi ate o edge peak que foi o ultimo momento onde o kilimanjaro entrou em erupção e depois do edge peak que a gente viu, a gente vai passar a noite agora no Crater Camp e amanhã depois de descansar a gente vai iniciar agora nosso retorno, então, pra iniciar a desçida.
Hoje, foi um dia inesquecível e ,assim, realmente, muito emocionado eu estou até agora, e queria avisar a todos que a gente está bem e agradecer novamente. Um beijo a todos e até' depois.

Reached the Summit!
Here is Alexandre and Gabriel, today was our summit day, we started from basecamp and reached Stella Point after 4 hours of climbing and then we had lunch at Stella Point at 5700 metres and after one hour we reached the summit at 5800 metres of altitude, it was really emotional, an unforgettable moment for both of us, it was really incredible, unforgettable, was energising, I am really speechless. After the summit we commemorated a lot, then we descended to the crater camp where we rested a little bit, we then went to the ash pit where it was the last place Kilimanjaro erupted; after we returned to the Crater camp where we are going to spend the night and tomorrow we are going to start descending.
Today was an incredible day, really emotional and we would like to say to everyone that we are doing great and thank everyone. Big hug and see you all soon.
