October 2, 2013 – Cozy “Acclimatization Day” In Our Tents

A morning like this is for drying out and organizing. Nannette
wasted no time after breakfast making the most of the sun.

Our sun did not last long today. So we took a cozy “acclimatization day” in our tents. Dick’ solar charging panels can be seen in this photo. The amazing thing is they worked!
It is 6:00pm and we are taking an early dinner here on our last night at Barranco Camp. Tomorrow we are going over the Barranco Wall to Karanga Camp.
