This is Yves and Gilles, we're calling you from Karanga Valley Camp. We had a cold night last night, but today we had a tremendous day. We hiked down into the Barranco Valley and then climbed the famous Barranco Wall before arriving at the Karanga Valley Camp. The kitchen guys have been remarkable and the food is amazing . We're heading for Kossovo Camp tomorrow and Julius says that it will be a bit easier than today, so that's good. We can rest up a little before summit day.
The guides and porters are really funny guys, so we're having a great time with them. Again, hello to Catherine, Nicholas and Caroline and mom and dad!

Our lead guide, Julius
