Kilimanjaro Expedition Dispatch
December 26, 2009 – Christmas at Karanga!
Kevin called us from Cosovo High Camp on the 26th. He said that the walk from Lava tower through the Borranco Valley and over Borranco Wall had been beautiful. Team spent Christmas night at Karanga Camp, with a snowy Kilimanjaro looming above them.
Between Lava Tower Camp and Karanga Camp, the trail traverses beneath Kili’s spectacular Breach Wall.
