Kilimanjaro Expedition Dispatch

February 10, 2014 – Bharath Has Arrived in Tanzania!

Berg Adventures guide Arnold called in to the office to report that Bharath has arrived in Arusha! He met his guides at the Kilimanjaro airport and they made their way to the Arusha hotel where Bharath will be staying for a couple of nights.

When we talked to Arnold he mentioned that Bharath is doing great, they had some time to relax at the hotel and discuss some of the details of his upcoming climb. After they spent some time resting at the hotel Bharath and his guides Fredy, Fredy and Kornel went into the town of Arusha to tour the local markets and learn more about the Tanzanian culture.
