Ojos del Salado Expedition Dispatch

February 19, 2015 – Laguna Verde

Small clouds roll in over the beautiful Laguna Verde where the team will be camping for a couple of days.

Osvaldo just called into the Berg Adventures office to report the team is now at Laguna Verde.

The weather was nice today but it was a bit cloudy and windy. Osvaldo thinks the team should have no problems with the weather for the next several days they will be camping there.

The team has a few acclimatization days where they will do a few side hikes and some resting before they attempt their summit.

We will keep you posted on the teams’ adventures in the Atacama Desert!
