Ojos del Salado Expedition Dispatch

February 20, 2015 – Clear Skies and Wonderful Mountains

Hello! This is Osvaldo calling from Laguna Verde close to Ojos del Salado. We are 4,800m in elevation.

Today has been a gorgeous day. We have clear skies and are surrounded by wonderful mountains. There is no wind.

Today’s plan is to go for a walk all around this lagoon. It will be about 8 km.

People are feeling very well. Last night there was no wind so that makes a very comfortable campsite.
