Dave Cohn’s Climbing in Bolivia Expedition
August 8 – 21, 2014

Dave Cohn is on his way to travel to Bolivia, a country rich with culture and incredible mountain sceneries. He will begin his adventure in the city of La Paz, one of the most scenic and fascinating cities in South America and over 12,000ft above sea level. Next he will travel to Copacabana, on the edge of Lake Titicaca and explore the small clean villages of the present inhabitants as well as the Inca ruins of civilizations past.
After spending some time exploring the cultural side of Bolivia Dave and his team will move onto Cordillera Real with the goal of climbing one of the great peaks of the Condoriri group; Pequeno Alpmayo (17.618ft/5,370m). His time in the snowcapped Andes will be spent in a beautiful Base Camp on a pristine lake while acclimatizing with a hike of Cerro Austria (16,405ft.5,000m) before focusing on reaching the summit of Pequeno Alpmayo.
