Join Andrew and Doug Welland on their "Seven Days in Tibet" expedition, as they experience the simplicity of life and the spirituality and richness of Tibet's cultural heritage that make the "Rooftop of the World" such an extraordinary destination. Traveling through towering mountains and over vast plains, their trip will be punctuated with excursions to Lhasa's famous Potala Palace (a UNESCO World heritage site), the Jokhang Temple, the Sera Monastery and a visit to Everest Base Camp at the base of the Rongbuk glacier.
