Aconcagua Expedition Dispatch

January 20, 2020 – Back at Plaza de Mulas; Tomorrow We are on the Way Home!

The team reached Plaza de Mulas by mid afternoon. Welcome back to "low" altitude and congratulations for reaching the summit of Aconcagua!

Tomorrow the mules will arrive and it will be time to turn around and head back off the mountain. What an amazing trip this is! We trust that Joe, Shannon and Patricks legs will hold out and that they will enjoy the long walk out to the highway.
