October 23, 2019 – Acclimatizing at Dingboche

On Tuesday, October 23, Adrianna and her team trekked from Pangboche to the village of Dingboche at 4,400 meters.

Staying at Pangboche with Yangzee was a real treat. The food was marvelous! - Especially the fresh vegetables that Temba and Yangzee grow in their greenhouse at 4000 meters!

The trails are beautiful here. We have amazing views of Ama Dablam and of Everest and Lhotse (the first and fourth highest peaks in the world.
