Island Peak Expedition Dispatch

April 17, 2017 – Namaste from Kathmandu!

Ang Temba called from Kathmandu this morning saying that he met Chris Larsen and Mark Savoff at the airport. They arrived on the Etihad Airways flight from Abu Dhabi at 5:10 pm as scheduled. After 2 travel days they are enjoying resting at the Yak and Yeti. Tomorrow Temba and the guys will catch some of the sights in Kathmandu and spend some time gear shopping in preparation for their trip to the mountains.
