January 30, 2015 – Trevor Reporting Acclimatization Day to Plaza Canada

Hello everyone, this is Trevor, calling from the mountain. We are back in base camp and we are about to have some supper, but just to give you an update of what we did today. We got no internet connection so I was not able to post any pictures today but we got up this morning and hauled up all our stuff and we headed up to Camp Canada which is 16,500 feet. We took big stuff up there and a huge pack day and we returned to base camp with our packs fairly empty. There were a lot of scree coming down, we had a blast.

We are all sitting here with one fellow who didn’t come on the climb today hoping that he can have a better recovery. Today and tomorrow is rest day, we are going to take a break and that’s everything from now. We will be talking with you shortly tomorrow.
