We spent the night in Panboche. It was nice and everyone was happy to come down after a few days at 16,000 feet. We came down about 4,000 feet and they all slept very well last night. Today we came down 2,000 feet more to Namche.

The weather was very clear in the morning. We had clouds and a bit of rain but nothing too bad. We made it to Namche on time and everyone is doing great.
