April 26, 2014 – Walking Through Beautiful Forests on Our Way to Thame
Today is Saturday and Namche has their local market. People from all over the Khumbu go to the Saturday market and they load up their yaks and take goods home for the week. We walked to the market and stopped for coffee in our friend’s coffee shop. We left Namche around 8:30 am.
