November 18, 2013 – Exploring From the Walled City of Lo Manthang
Temba called the office today to report that Scot, Keely, Alyssa and their Berg Adventures team reached the walled city of Lo Manthang yesterday and that they are having a great time exploring.
Today they rode horses to visit Chhosar and to view the mysterious “Sky Caves”. They also went into a monastery in Chhosar before riding back to Lo Manthang.
Temba’s report is that everyone is doing great and very much enjoying their visit to the Mustang region. Soon they will be on a helicopter back to Kathmandu and the 21st century; meantime we wish them the best with their adventures in the Kingdom of Lo.
