November 7, 2012 – Happy Birthday Jeremy
On Wednesday November 7th it was time to leave Hacienda Cusin, which has been a wonderful home for us for three nights – time to move on to other mountains and new accommodations along Ecuador’s “Avenue of the Volcanos”. Today is also Jeremy’s birthday, so we took the opportunity to celebrate.

Cayambe, our next goal, hid itself in the clouds as we approached by road.
By late afternoon we had arrived at Cyambe Hut, and our mountain loomed above us.
At the Hut, it was time to party and celebrate Jeremy’s birthday.
