November 15, 2011 – Summit Success on Cotopaxi
Hi this is Bill Elkman from the SpaceX group climbing Cotopaxi. I am proud to report that I am calling from the summit of Cotopaxi at 10am. The entire group summited today! We’re having a great time.
Note from the office: The team has since returned safely to the hut feeling a bit tired, but very happy with their success on Cotopaxi. They are currently on their way to a lodge where a hot meal and comfortable beds await them. Well done team!

Ana leads the way.

Bill takes a rest.

Dawn is breaking.

On we climb.

One of many crevasses along the way.

We take a break as the clouds set in.

We made it! Yuki, Ana, Andrew and Joaquin on the summit.

Ana and Andrew happy to have made it.
