Everest Base Camp Trek Dispatch

October 7, 2008 – Group Arrives in Kathmandu

This is Ang Temba. The group has arrived safely. We are all together now and preparing for our big trek.

Today we did sight seeing at the Monkey Temple, Pashupatha and Buddha and then had lunch at the Hyatt Hotel. We have an early morning flight to Lukla around 7am tomorrow, where our Everest Base Camp trek begins. We will report more as we begin our Khumbu adventure. Stay tuned!
