Kilimanjaro Expedition Dispatch

February 6, 2015 – At the Shira Camp

This is Herman, Berg Adventures guide calling from Shira camp. The team is doing great. They are really enjoying the food, eating a lot. They tried to learn the name of our entire staff today, not an easy task, so we did great introductions. They are also trying to learn Swahili, they know quite a few words so far.

They stayed until late last night to see the full moon rise, it was beautiful. They are a funny and exceptional group; everyone is enjoying and doing well in the acclimatization.
