How to Register for a Berg Adventures Trip

Registration Instructions:

Three Ways to Register:

  1. Call us at 1-403-609-4148 or USA/Canada toll free 1-866-609-4148 with your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard). We will confirm your reservation immediately over the phone. Our office is open 9am to 5pm Mountain Time.
  2. Email your application forms to info@bergadventures.com. You may also fax them to 1-403-444-8324. Please indicate on your application forms how you would like to make your deposit. There is a space on the application for credit card information, but you can also pay by mailing a check (see option 3) or sending a wire transfer. We will send you a confirmation email within one business day. Application forms are available below.
  3. Send a check along with your completed application forms to our address below. If you send a check, contact our office and we will add your name to the trip list. When we receive your payment, we will contact you with a receipt and confirmation of your reservation. Application forms available below.

After we receive your deposit, we will send you a Welcome Package complete with a detailed itinerary, gear list, travel and health information, trip preparation checklist and other relevant information. If we haven’t already received your application forms at this time, your package will also include hard copies of the forms. Please complete, sign and return all four of these forms to us at your earliest convenience after registering.

Application Forms for Download:

Before traveling with Berg Adventures, every trip participant will need to complete four forms (Trip Application form, Terms and Conditions, Waiver and Medical Form). All forms are available for you to download here or we can email, mail or fax them to you. To download and print the forms below, you will need Adobe Acrobat. If your computer does not already have Adobe Acrobat, you can download it for free by following the Adobe link below.

A copy of our Trip Evaluation Form is also provided here. This form will be mailed to you after you return home from your adventure, but it is also available here in case you lose it or want to download a copy while still traveling.
