Why climb with Berg Adventures

Aconcagua Expedition Dispatch

January 14, 2017 – Second Night at Camp II

When Osvaldo called us today you could hear the wind in the background at Nido de Condor Camp. Sounds like Camp II on Aconcagua!

Osvi was feeling very proud however because the entire team did a successful carry up to High Camp today.

It is challenging living and climbing at this altitude but the entire team – four climbers and three guides are doing great.

Weather is holding – clear with wind speeds about 40 km per hour on the summit. If this trend continues the team will move up to be in place at high camp tomorrow.

Good luck! You guys are doing great!
