January 11, 2013 – Visiting a Maasai Village

Hi, this is Bruce reporting day two from our safari, and we had a great time at Tarangire Park this morning. We actually saw a leopard stalking two ostriches, and then we went over to Lake Magadi and had a great lunch over there and up to Ngorongoro Crater where we toured a Maasai village. It was an awesome adventure. Here’s Janet to tell you a little bit more.

Hi, we got to go to the Maasai village, that was really, really interesting, and I even got to watch Bruce join in with the jumpers! That was quite interesting! Anyway, were having a good time, we’re seeing lots and lots of wild animals, lots and lots of elephants, which I didn’t expect and it’s pretty spiffy and lots of giraffes which is quite surprising but it’s great…a truly wonderful experience.
