Cabins
The new Ocean Spray can accommodate 16 passengers. The main deck has 4 double cabins (334 ft² / 32 mt²). The upper deck has an additional 4 double cabins (248 ft² / 23 mt²) and 1 single cabin (194 ft² / 18 mt²). All with private balcony
Fine On-Board Dining
Whether you want to enjoy your meal in the comfort of your private balcony, with guests in one of the main interior dining areas, or outside in the lounge, you are sure to experience fine dining at its best! Each passenger will be treated to a complimentary fruit basket.
Water
Water on board is perfectly safe to drink. We use reverse osmosis to produce fresh water but to be 100% safe. We recommend that our guests only drink the bottled water which is complimentary.
Bar
Water, juices, and sodas are complimentary, including a champagne reception. There is a fully stocked bar on board offering a range of fine wines, cocktails, spirits and other alcoholic beverages. There are crew members to serve you your drinks but feel free to serve yourself if you wish.
Your Crew
The crew consists of the Captain, a Quality Control Manager, First Mate, Second Mate, Chef, Sous Chef, Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Barman, Housekeeper, and a bilingual Galapagos National Park Naturalist Guide all of which are ready and happy to make your trip the most enjoyable experience ever. Each of the crew members have several years of experience, as well as are fully qualified in first aid and survival procedures.
Certified Naturalists
You will have one Naturalist level III guide on the Ocean Spray who has received extensive training and certification by the Galapagos National Park. With years of experience and a personal passion for the wildlife, biology, geology, and natural history of the Galapagos, he/she will enrich our explorations both while we are on the ship and as we go ashore. Every guide is committed to the conservation of the Islands and will help us observe the park’s guidelines while explaining the importance of protecting the pristine environment of the Galapagos Archipelago.
