Land Costs Include:
- All transportations and accommodations in Russia (double occupancy).
- Internal round trip flights.
- All meals and lodges while trekking.
- Park fees and trekking permits.
- Guides.
- Transport of all personal and group equipment.
- Boat travel.
Land Costs Do Not Include:
- International round trip airfare.
- Single-room supplement for hotels (and tents). For those requesting double room accommodations, we will do our best to pair you with another person of the same gender. Should we be unable to find you a roommate, we will split the single-room supplement cost with you.
- International visa to Russia
- Personal gear (see gear list)
- Excess baggage charges and airport taxes. In Russia you are allowed only 20 kilos(44 pound) for the internal flight and the excess baggage is very expensive.
- Airport transfers to hotels.
- Meals, hotels and transportation outside the itinerary.
- Personal items (drinks, gifts, etc)
- Medical, Evacuation and cancellation trip insurance.
- Alcohol and bottled drinks while trekking.
- Charges incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes (early departures) beyond the control of BAI. We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen costs. Contact us for more information.
