Land Costs Include:

1. Transportation to and from airport in Kathmandu
2. Flight to and from Lukla
3. All group supplies, such as stoves, etc.
4. Mountain Hardwear sleeping bags and down jackets
5. Surprise Christmas gift for all trekkers
6. All meals while trekking
7. Park fees and trekking permits
8. Guides and support staff
9. Yak and porter transport of all personal and group equipment

Land Costs Do Not Include:

1. International round trip airfare
2. Personal gear with exception of sleeping bag and down jacket(see gear list)
3. Meals, hotels, and transportation outside of the regular itinerary
4. Single-room supplement for hotels (and tents). For those requesting double room accommodations, we will do our best to pair you with another person of the same gender. Should we be unable to find you a roommate, we will split the single-room supplement cost with you.
5. Excess baggage charges and airport taxes
6. Personal items (drinks, gifts, etc)
7. Trip cancellation insurance
8. Charges incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes beyond the control of BAI. We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen costs. Please contact us for more information.
