Berg Adventures offers custom trips and custom itineraries to many of our exotic destinations. Call us to discuss your specific adventure travel needs.

Land Costs Include:

1. Transportation to and from airport in Kathmandu
2. Hotels in Kathmandu
3. Flight, round-trip, to Lukla
4. All group camp supplies, such as tents, stoves, etc.
5. All meals while trekking
6. Park fees and trekking permits
7. Sherpas and guides
8. Yak and porter transport of all personal and group equipment

Land Costs Do Not Include:

1. International round trip airfare USA-Nepal
2. Personal gear (see gear list)
3. Excess baggage charges and airport taxes
4. Personal Items (drinks, gifts, etc)
5. Trip cancellation insurance
6. Meals, hotels and transportation outside of the regular itinerary
7. Single-room supplement for hotels (and tents). For those requesting double room accommodations, we will do our best to pair you with another person of the same gender. Should we be unable to find you a roommate, we will split the single-room supplement cost with you.
8. Charges incurred as a result of delays and itinerary changes beyond the control of Berg Adventures International. We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen costs. Contact our office for more information.
