Land Costs Include:

  1. Transportation to and from airport in Kathmandu
  2. Hotels in Kathmandu
  3. Welcome and farewell dinner
  4. Flight, round-trip, to Lukla
  5. All group camp supplies, such as tents, stoves, etc.
  6. All meals while trekking
  7. Park fees and trekking permits
  8. Sherpas and guides
  9. Yak and porter transport of all personal and group equipment

Land Costs Do Not Include:

  1. International round trip airfare USA-Nepal
  2. Meals in Kathmandu (excluding welcome and farewell dinner)
  3. Personal gear (see gear list)
  4. Excess baggage charges and airport taxes
  5. Personal Items (drinks, gifts, etc)
  6. Trip cancellation insurance
  7. Charges incurred as a result of delays beyond the control of BAI
  8. Alcohol and Bottle Drinks while trekking and in Kathmandu
