Ecuador and Galapagos Expedition Dispatch

October 8, 2017 – Last Climb before Flying to Galapagos: Guagua Pichincha

Today is our last climb in Quito before flying to Galapagos; Guagua Pichincha volcano is situated 10km from Quito at an altitude of 15,672ft. (4,780m). Great views of Quito from the summit.

It was a really nice and exciting climb. Once back in Quito, we met the other members of our team and we all went out together for dinner at a great restaurant with amazing views of the Old Town.
