Everest Base Camp Trek Dispatch

October 3, 2015 – Arrived in Gokyo; 15,750ft Above Sea Level

Hello, this is Ang Temba calling from Gokyo, this is the 3rd of October and it is 6:30 in the afternoon and we are now in Gokyo, at 15,750ft above sea level. We walked from Marchermo this morning and it was beautiful lake view, great views of Cho Oyu and other mountains. We arrived for lunch here at Gokyo and after lunch we walked a little bit around.

Tomorrow morning our plan is to walk Gokyo Ri at 17,575ft and we will call you to let you know how it goes, everyone is doing very well right now.
