The kids worked hard on photography during this safari. These quality photos show that the results were worth the effort.

Wow, what a day we just had in the Serengeti. We left at 7:00 AM for a 7 hour game drive, returned for lunch, then went back out for 3 1/2 hours in the late afternoon through to the early evening. We saw all of the 'Big Five" in one day; in addition to crocodiles, which we had not seen yet, and not to mention our best hippo pool of the entire safari!

The members of this group range in age from 13 to 61 years. Though, it seems that it is our younger group who have the real talent for photography. Similar to the previous dispatch we have decided to feature some of the excellent images taken by Lizzy, Step, and Phil.

Phil loves hyenas and he got a great shot of this one.

We loved this image of the giraffes that Steph took. Perhaps our best giraffe shot of the safari!
