August 29, 2008 – Heading Up for Summit!
This is Paul and Lisa, we are on our way for summit bid. It is Friday at 11pm. We are just getting warmed up, heading up the hill. We are all in good health. Hello to all friends and family back home.

Sitting at 19,340 feet (5895 meters), Uhuru Peak is the highest point in Africa. As they move from the Stella/Gilman point at the crater rim, their goal will not be far away!
