Everest Base Camp Trek Dispatch

April 23, 2018 – Through Tangboche to Pangboche

Beautiful day! And some would say the most scenic of the entire trek.

The team left Khumjung early this morning and they took lunch at one of the most famous monasteries in the world, Tangboche Monastery. The views from here of Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam are amazing,

After lunch they continued along the trail to Temba and Yangzing’s “Highland Sherpa Resort”, in the village of Pangboche. This will be home for the night and what a home it will be. We can’t wait to hear tomorrow what Yangzing fixed for dinner tonight – bet it was good!
