August 16, 2014 – Rest and Preparation at Base Camp

Hello, this is Osvaldo calling from the Condoriri Base Camp. Today is Saturday and the weather is awesome! We’ve got very clear skies and you can see all of the mountains around us.

Today Dave and I will be making some preparations for tomorrow because tomorrow is the day we are going to make our summit attempt.

Right now Dave is in his tent taking a rest. I think we are ready for tomorrow.

Tomorrow I will make a call from Pequeno Alpamayo.
