The Berg Adventures International
Kilimanjaro 2006 BCACL Climb for Community Living:

Berg Adventures and British Columbia Association of Community Living are teaming up to climb Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Together they will raise public awareness of challenges facing people with developmental disabilities and their families. This is the first time so many people with developmental disabilities and their support climbers will participate in climbing Kilimanjaro. Berg Adventures proud to be a part of this historic effort.

BCACL is a provincial non-profit organization that works to protect and enhance the rights of children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities. The Climb for Community Living – Mount Kilimanjaro 2006 is a public awareness and fundraising initiative designed to support personal growth and achievement, and promote inclusion from the top of Africa.  We hope you will join us on this adventure of discovery as we attempt to reach the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest point on the African continent.
