After 11 hours on the move today. The climbing team safely arrived at base camp…the guys look pretty well considering how long they have been on the move. We woke up at midnight to start our approach. It is just after 1:30 and we just got back here. They are all happy they made the summit (of Island Peak) and [lost transmission']…as we got here to our base camp. We had a fondue dinner which was a real treat. |
