December 1 - The Team Returns to Kathmandu
This is Wally Berg with an update for the Ama Dablam team from Jeff the last time I saw him was at Base Camp and today he looks much stronger, even though he was not feeling well enough to climb high on the mountain. Joe and Jeff also looked a little stronger than the last time I saw them and proud to be back. Jennifer of course with her successful summit not that many days ago still looked a little tired but obviously very proud. Maegan and Grant look well and have been great on this team. We still have things to do, Elizabeth Hawley missed us this morning but she will still be around later. Everyone who wants to fly out on the 2nd, that is tomorrow, is flying out of We are doing great, happy to be back and I’m happy to have them here. We’ll keep reporting as this adventure wraps up. |
