Successful Expeditions Fall 2009

October/November brought a fantastic fall season of expeditions for Berg Adventures in the Everest region as well as Ecuador. We had great routes, great weather, and great folks to hang out with. Berg Adventures Pumori Climbing Expedition Is Underway!

The rarely climbed peak of Pumori, 7161m/23,494ft, sits across the Khumbu Valley from the highest peak in the world, Mt. Everest. Jamie Clarke from Calgary, Alberta, will attempt to climb the impressive southwest ridge. Read the expedition dispatches to follow their climbing adventure.
